Noiré Dispensary is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on strains, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
– Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
– Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
– Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
– Adhere to legal regulations and safety standards
Experience:
– Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
– Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
– Familiarity with cash handling procedures
– Strong communication skills
– Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
-Social Media management and content creation experience
Additional Requirements:
-Must pass all required background checks
-Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
-Must possess valid government issued identification
-Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
-Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
