Order Pick-Up Policy
- All orders placed with Noiré Dispensary must be picked up on the scheduled pick-up date.
- Orders not collected by the end of the scheduled day will be returned to stock, and the availability of the products cannot be guaranteed thereafter.
Refund and Exchange Policy
- No Exchanges: Noiré Dispensary does not allow exchanges of products.
- Refunds: Refunds are only available for products that are damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within seven (7) days of purchase, and must be accompanied by the defective product and the original receipt.
- Refunds will only be offered for a similar product of equal or lesser value.
- Refunds will not be provided for credit card fees or debit card fees.
